Service Delivery Policy

1. Overview

NextTrackSystems provides exclusively digital services including software development, UI/UX design, AI integration, app testing, and technology consulting. There are no physical products or shipments. All deliveries are made digitally via GitHub or email within agreed timelines.

2. Delivery Method

All deliverables are provided digitally through one or more of the following channels:

  • GitHub: Source code, project repositories, and technical documentation are delivered via private GitHub repositories with full access granted to the client.
  • Email: Design files, reports, strategy documents, and credentials are delivered via email to the address provided during order placement.
  • Deployed Applications: Web apps and services are deployed to the client's preferred hosting environment (Vercel, AWS, Google Cloud, etc.) with credentials handed over.
  • Figma: UI/UX prototypes and design assets are shared via Figma with edit or view access.

3. Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines vary by service and are agreed upon before project commencement. Typical timelines for our productized services:

  • AI MVP Discovery: Delivered within 1-2 business days after the strategy session.
  • Vibe Coding Setup: Completed within 1-3 business days.
  • UI/UX Prototype: Delivered within 5-7 business days.
  • Play Store Testing: Testing track setup within 3-5 business days; ongoing management as agreed.
  • Single Page Web App: Delivered within 5-7 business days.
  • Full-Stack MVP: Delivered within 10-14 business days depending on scope.
  • API Integration: Completed within 3-7 business days depending on complexity.
  • Maintenance Retainer: Ongoing monthly support with 24-hour response time for priority issues.

4. Milestone-Based Delivery

For larger projects (e.g., Full-Stack MVP), we follow a milestone-based delivery approach:

  • Each milestone includes specific deliverables and a review period.
  • Client approval is required before proceeding to the next milestone.
  • This ensures transparency and alignment throughout the project.

5. Access & Handover

  • Upon project completion and final payment, all source code, assets, and credentials are transferred to the client via GitHub and/or email.
  • A handover session may be provided to walk through the codebase, architecture, and deployment process.
  • Documentation is included with every project delivery.

6. Post-Delivery Support

  • A 14-day revision window is included for adjustments related to the agreed-upon scope.
  • Extended support is available via our Maintenance Retainer service.

7. Delays

While we commit to agreed timelines, delays may occur due to:

  • Client-side delays in providing feedback, content, or approvals.
  • Scope changes or additions requested during development.
  • Third-party service outages or API limitations beyond our control.

We communicate proactively about any potential delays and work to minimize their impact on delivery.
